enables us to assess the service which
would be most cost effective

production enhancing for
our client. This enables us to provide
bespoke
services
with a competitive pricing structure.
Standard Bespoke Service
This provides highly skilled engineers as required.
Our clients are charged
for their technical work on an
agreed hourly basis. Clients will receive a
summary of the
work carried out following our site visit.
Premium Bespoke Service
The premium service provides a managed and structured maintenance
package, built upon an interactive, user-friendly database. This has
been designed to achieve cost-effective maintenance and to
significantly reduce production down-times.
The premium service will provide management information in the form of
a constantly updated asset register with historical data. There will be a
time saving element for the front line managers because this service will
reduce their work-load by the prevention of un-scheduled down times;
although tailored to suite your exact requirements, in general this tool
will provide Just-In-Time management and improve line efficiencies,
resulting in the reduction of waste and greater cost control.
