published on 29/08/08 The Speciality and Fine Food Fair comes to London’s Olympia Exhibition Centre next month promising to inspire and inform visitors of what’s new in this premium sector.
Returning for its eight successful year, the Speciality and Fine Food Fair – which is free to attend – offers visitors an unrivalled sourcing experience with the opportunity to discover new products, meet with new suppliers and benefit from practical business advice and creative ideas.
In 2007, the show attracted a record breaking 6440 visitors including buyers from independent stores and leading food halls, top chefs, restaurateurs, deli-owners, distributors and food writers.
This year, visitors will be able to sample the products and services of over 700 producers showcasing their produce to an eager audience of foodies.
This year’s show will play host to various extra shows including the prestigious Great Taste Awards, now in its 15th year, and the highly popular Fine Food and Small Business Forums which attract a raft of high profile and motivating speakers and demonstrators, keen to impart their knowledge and experiences to visitors. This year will also see the unveiling of an exciting new section, the Speciality Chocolate fair, which came about following an increased visitor interest and demand for sourcing luxury chocolate. Whether you’re a pastry chef, deli-owner or food hall buyer or merely a chocolate lover, there will be lots to learn, inspire and, most importantly, sample.
The Speciality and Fine Food Fair takes place at the London Olympia Exhibition Centre from 7th to 9th September 2008.
