Under the alliance, Marco will supply Ishida's range of innovative tray sealing solutions on an exclusive basis to the growing soft fruit packaging sector in the UK.
Alex Morrison, Marco's engineering manager, said: 'By working with world leading manufacturers of critical packaging line equipment such as Ishida, Marco is bringing new levels of yield control, waste reduction, line security and packing efficiency to the soft fruit and ready meals sectors. The machines are installed quickly and efficiently by skilled mechanical contract engineers.

The machines are easily serviced and maintained by mechanical contract engineers using either proactive or reactive maintenance.
Ishida's tray sealers have been developed in co-operation with food manufacturers and retailers and are capable of handling packs of almost any shape or material.
