Since the launch of their high performance cartoner CELOX twelve months ago, Kliklok International has booked orders for at least one machine per month to major blue chip companies worlswide. The machines will be installed by a team of skilled mechanical contract engineers. Now Kliklock is about to install two more CELOX cartoners , as part of a complete turnkey solution at a global bakery company, also using the contract engineers as they are able to offer full maintenance support, are able to be on the site within minutes.
This system will be fed by multiple VFFS machines and the bagged snack product distributed to two complete CELOX Bag in Box end loading cartooning lines with full product handling equipment.
These state-of-the-art packaging lines incorporate full product handling and conditioning from Multiple VFFS machines, including uncut bag or un-cut bag sealed reject. They also offer low level, ergonomic extended powered carton magazines with a large capacity, low level feed. The contract engineers install the machines with the minimum of disruption to the factory resulting in happy customers as productivity is not affected.
