Contract Engineers Install Specialised Bagging Systems

published on 29/04/09
Along with other packaging areas of interest, there is a huge market these days for bag packaging. There are specialized bagging systems for packaging according to customer requirements which are easily installed by contract engineers according to which bagging machine they use.
Filling and emptying machines for bulk bags: for packaging of free flowing substances, such machines are frequently used. Also, when a shipment arrives, such machines are employed to empty the bulky bags. Lumps, chips, pellets and powdery substances require special and careful packaging and unpacking of bags. Such machineries are usually high throughput equipments. They also require low maintenance and hence, can be very useful. These automatic, high-speed machines come from the cheaper variety to highly specialized devices. The machines are serviced and maintained by contract engineers usually using pro active maintenance measures.
Valve bag filling: these are versatile, multi purpose bagging machines that are used to fill sacks with free flow or non free-flow items such as pellets and powders.
Automatic bagging machines: these are one of the costlier but highly efficient packaging machines that operate completely automatically. They are installed quickly and efficiently by the mechanical engineers who also ensure the smooth running by applying preventative maintenance measures. Pre-made bags with capacity ranging from 2 to 25 kilograms are packed using these machines. Paper or plastic bags can be conveniently packaged with desired items like foodstuffs, building materials and chemicals.
