A team of mechanical contract engineers from a Lancashire based engineering outsource provider will begin installing a new fully integrated production line for a injection moulding specialist.The Norwich-based production line will produce closures to suit 38-400 neck finishes.
The line satisfies the manufacturing and quality standards to meet the British Retail Consortium Global Standard in Food Packaging and the British Standards Institution Integrated Management Registration, a prerequisite for supply to the branded and private label food market. The line will be installed according to the time allocation set by the company by the mechanical engineers. The engineers will also be on hand to oversee the pro active and re active maintenance needs of the line and any other relevant machines.
Zeller Plastik offers the 55mm closure in a variety of standard colours with induction heat seal liners suitable for PP and PET containers.
