published on 21/10/09 Wrapping equipment manufacturer Beck Packautomaten will launch the Beck-Multiplex MP mobile wrapping machine with its continuous cross-sealing system next week and a team of contract engineers are on hand to install the machine at the request of the customer.
The machine is capable of wrapping products of different shapes and sizes and is being aimed at the graphic arts, textiles, food packaging and toys and games markets.
The machine is installed quickly and with minimum disruption to the workplace by the engineers who are also responsible for the maintenance of the machine and can be called upon for the servicing needs for other machines as needed.
It can wrap products at a maximum of 125 packs per minute, depending on the size and shape of what is being wrapped, which is 25% faster than its predecessor the Multiplex.
Films compatible with the machine include polyethylene, co-polymers and polypropylene.
