The cartoner is to run a wide range of loose bagged breaded chicken products.
The machine runs intermittently and operates at speeds upto fifty cartons per minute automatically confining the product before loading it into the end load carton. The product consists of various loose filled products including chicken nuggets, fillets and burgers. The contract engineers are available stand alone or as part of a team and carry over twenty years experience and are able to offer maintenance procedures and can also manage projects in their entirety such as installations, modifications and the re location of equipment.
The machine incorporates a product confiner and unique loading chute to ensure smooth trouble free loading of the cartons at upto fifty per minute. The size change of the machine has been reduced to less than five minutes to meets the specific demands of the client and trials have shown that the machine can be set and ready to run without wasting a single carton. The car toner was delivered and installed by the mechanical engineers on schedule and within allocated budget.
