A specialist Sheet Metal and Machining Company has extended its sub-contract manufacturing capabilities with a team of skilful contract engineers with over 20 years experience, installing a Haas TL-25 turning centre on site.
Incorporating C-axis live tooling and a sub-spindle, the new machine is also equipped with a tool-setting arm and a bar feeder that can handle stock up to 76mm in diameter.
Managing Director Dean White states: “The investment enables us to only streamline the production of turned parts for our sister company, but also to extend our cost-effective sub-contract surfaces and offer faster delivery times”.
