published on 27/09/10 A team of skilled contract engineers have been kept busy installing new production lines in just twelve weeks, when Riverside Bakery won a major contract with a leading UK Supermarket.
In order for Riverside Bakery concentrates on making and baking of quiches, chilled savoury snacks and party foods and therefore to secure the contract for the new quiche range, the product line had to be installed within a short timescale.
The mechanical engineers installed the new product line with minimum disruption to the factory. The contract engineers who are from a local engineering services company are also responsible for the pro-active and re-active maintenance of the new line.
