The conveyor system feeds into the filler line to ensure these rates are maintained for maximum production.
The trail has taken over twelve months to ensure this is the correct system for the company to install. The engineers of a local outsource company have played a significant role in ensuring the unparalleled reliability, in an environment where the production line may be run intermittently. The printers have easily met these requirements during trials, and starts up first time every time. With the conveyor system feeding the printers, and subsequently taking the printed tubes away efficiency, productivity has increased as no backlog has occurred into or out of the printing area.
