At Packserve, we have dedicated our time to working with incredible pioneers in the packaging industry, to provide our customers with the very best machinery on the market today. Hartness have over 70 years experience in the design and manufacturing of packaging solutions, and so produce exceptional pieces of equipment that can improve any packaging line.
Their palletizing and depalletizing systems are some of the best available and can accommodate an extremely wide-range of product types from multiple markets, such as:
This machinery has a two-step process. A robotic tool carefully arranges the products into layers. Utilizing robotics allows for a continuous, gentle and accurate layering of the products. The second step involves each layer being indexed onto a master robotic tool that ensures the layers are positioned accurately onto the pallet. Even with products that have lightweight packaging, this robotic, high-speed system can virtually eliminate product damage and changeovers can occur simply at the touch of a button.
This systems uses the universal vacuum end of arm tooling (EOAT) and the mechanical EOAT. The universal vacuum EOAT consists of industry leading 25 vacuum zones, with 4 zone mechanical EOAT. With this system there are options to adapt the machines handling for pallets and slip sheets.
This is an innovative solution with an integrated DYNAC accumulation or single filing system, which simplifies bulk depalletizing and reduces product damage or build-up. Hartness design this machinery using reliable robotics to handle industry standard bulk loads of 54″ x 46″ for the most efficient solution. This equipment is also very versatile, as it has the ability to run glass, PET and can bulk pallets.
