DYNAC Accumulation Systems

DYNAC accumulation systems provide a pressure-less environment which products can be temporarily stored in to reduce any damage to products when there is a backlog due to a stoppage elsewhere along the line. Hartness manufacture both single flow and mass flow accumulation systems.  The model 6900 is a single flow FIFO accumulation system.  This system responds dynamically to the conditions of the line and is able to carefully handle both rigid and flexible container types.  The model 6600 is also a single flow accumulation system however uses a spiral configuration. This spiral configuration not only reduces the amount of floorspace which the system takes up, but also only requires the use of minimal operators.

Robotics
