• Project Management- we bring together a combination of technical expertise and sound management practice to provide a full project management service that is second to none. We focus on the three areas of safety, timescale, and budget to create a full project lifecycle plan.  This consists of seven stages; Carry out Feasibility Study, Project design, Submit project for company approval, Project management, Training, documentation and maintenance, Commissioning, and Review.
• Contract Engineers –  Our engineering resource pool has a well-earned reputation for its dependability and professionalism.  If, for example, the efficiency of your production facility is threatened due to temporary absence, or if you require a dedicated engineering team to carry out an installation then we can plug the gap with the full weight of our engineering pedigree.  For when those unforeseen difficulties arise, our engineers will be on site only until the issue is resolved, protecting productivity whilst ensuring that costs are kept to a minimum.
